1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stay at Bapli Bunglows, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Booking and Payment

The rental rate is Rs. 25,000 per night for the entire bungalow.
A security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is required and will be collected 2 months before check-in.
Electricity charges are billed separately at Rs. 21 per unit based on actual usage.
Full payment must be completed before check-in.
All payments are processed securely through PhonePe payment gateway.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
Valid government-issued ID proof is required at check-in for all guests.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Maximum occupancy is 25 guests.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the bungalow.
Pets are not allowed without prior approval.
Guests must respect the neighborhood and keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10:00 PM.
Any illegal activities on the premises are strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellations and refunds.

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is required for all bookings.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
Deductions may be made for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violation of house rules.

7. House Rules

No parties or events without prior written approval.
Guests must dispose of garbage properly.
All amenities and appliances must be used responsibly.
Guests are responsible for securing the property when leaving.

8. Liability

Bapli Bunglows is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and exercise caution while using the property and its amenities.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
